Sheets of 24K gold foil are carefully applied over a deep black base, creating a surface where luminous metallic fragments emerge through darker areas of the burst. The transition from gold to black is intentionally organic, allowing the foil to appear fractured and layered rather than perfectly uniform.
This interplay between precious metal and dark lacquer produces remarkable visual depth.
