The Building Process

Don't worry, you will be given regular updates, photos, and you will most certainly see your instrument on our social media being scraped, sanded, machined, and given all the mojo we have in stock.

Step 1

Confirmation

Once you've ordered, we'll reach out and recap everything.

Your instrument will go in production in the current or next batch depending on production load and schedule.

At this step, you won't be able to change the core specs of your build before anymore.

Step 2

Production Starts

The different parts of your guitar will enter production, starting with your fretboard and the inlays, moving on to the body machining and lastly your neck.

At this point, there is still room for adjustments like colors or minor options, but you can't go back on the core specs of your build

Step 3

Pre-Assembly

Before going into the finishing process, your instrument is pre-assembled to double check taht everything fits, and that parts and components are all ready.

At this point, every part of your instrument is rough cut out of the CNC, and ready for finish sanding.

Step 4

Finish

Now will begin the finishing process, starting with final sanding. Once every piece is smooth and silky, we will prepare your instrument for the actual finish process.

Depending on your chosen specs and finish type, a process ranging from 1 to 4 weeks will begin.

Step 5

Final Assembly & Setup

Your instrument is fresh out of the spray booth and buffer.

Now we will assemble it, check it, put it under tension and wait for a couple days to let the instrument stabilize.

We will then start the final setup process with the PLEK.
