Ziricote
Ziricote (Cordia dodecandra) is a dense hardwood native to Central America and Mexico, prized for its dark brown tones contrasted by intricate black veining that creates a natural, almost marbled appearance. The grain is typically straight to slightly interlocked, often forming unique spiderweb or landscape-like patterns. With a naturally high oil content, ziricote develops a smooth, polished surface with minimal finishing. Its striking visual character and density make it a highly desirable wood for fine woodworking and instrument making.

Like the name suggests, the Ultra Electronics are a supercharged, boosted version of our electronics. It is paired with our AURA IV Pickups Family, which retain the architecture of the AURA III family, but replacing the magnets with Alnico 8s. These are the most powerfull, precise, and pulling magnets available. They are not only powerfull, they preserve the natural sound of the instrument and are not to modern or aggressive like ceramic or neodymium.
